Favored workers will be promoted reguardles of their ability or experience to preform the tasks. Favored workers are able to target workers in any way they desire. Upper management is heavy with big salaries. Raises are low and scarce. API does not pay their bills and are mainly on a cash only basis with venders. HR is totally out to make the workers miserable. They will target people with lies and deceit in order to prove that they can. HR does not offer any assistance with information but are willing and to burn you if you do not follow the policies that they make up as they go.
