Ventajas

Unlimited PTO Most managers are great and promote work-life balance Great team, mostly everyone cares about the product and one another Fair pay (not the most competitive out there, but I'd gladly take fair pay and great work life balance over competitive pay and bad work life balance)

Desventajas

Not many. If you don't like something at SDL and tell management about it, they act on actionable feedback.

Ventajas

- Leadership is top-notch and very open to feedback - Product is needed and fits the market well - Product is constantly being updated - Customers are happy - Marketing does a great job (especially with the recent rebrand) - Very little drama. Everyone is good at what they do and committed to their roles. There is accountability for those who don’t fit the role. - Benefits and salary are exceptional - Lots of growth opportunities (and the company itself is continuing to scale!)

Desventajas

- As with most companies around this size, there are growing pains to scaling. Leadership is aware and taking action. - A few departments are understaffed causing strain. But once again, leadership is taking steps to fix this - One of the most challenging jobs I have had, but very rewarding.
