• The management team provided zero transparency regarding project assignments. The management team also played favorites with assigning interesting projects. • Disregard for employee concerns, including lack of salary raise in a high inflation environment. Was told by my manager "I haven't gotten a raise in like 3 years either". • Lack of basic decency and respect for female employees. Was laid off the same week I told manager I was pregnant. They provided zero notice and zero severance, after being employed there for just over 2 years. You have to ask yourself if this is the kind of company you want to work for.
