Absolutely Nothing is worth mentioning about the company. Cheap company and has cheap management.

Probably the cons will outweigh the space allowed to write since there are endless cons working for this company. Right from infrastructure to management to policies, everything is disappointing. Working for Source One is the easiest way to destroy your career. I have worked for various startups and industry giants however this is first organization with NO SICK LEAVE. Management is full of incompetent and toxic managers. None of them could even be termed as leaders. AC is strategically switched off through the entire day to save some money. Thats the dire state the company is in. No fixed date for salary credit. Even HR is clueless about the salary date. There isn't even a proper HR in the company, rather they are simply secretaries to the C Executives. Merely changing the nomenclature from HR to People Ops does not guarantee any spine to the HR. Source One is the epitome of toxicity in corporate culture. The HRs come to your station everyday begging for a review on GD. I hope this helps the HR.
