Great way to enter the industry and to gain more experience as a newer engineer. Staff and management are very prompt to respond to questions and inquiries. Benefits for employees are quickly increasing too. Overall, great company!

None. Benefits and compensation are completely dependent on the contracting company, and some decisions may take longer because of bureaucracy. Those ave not been issues in my personal experience, however.
