      Ventajas

      Amazing work culture. solidcore truly values your work life balance, values hard work and is a culture of growth not only for the company, but for our people. There is always room to take on additional projects, to learn and grow in your area as well as other areas, etc. The environment is very collaborative and supportive all-around. Also, we are growing quite rapidly meaning the opportunities for professional growth and development are truly endless.

      Desventajas

      You have to be okay navigating through ambiguity and being flexible due to the growth we are experiencing. I wouldn't say this is necessarily a con, but it's important for anyone joining our organization to be okay with that.

      Free classes at [solidcore] and other fitness partners, paid training, free merch, company actually pays coaches well compared to other boutique fitness studios

      Ventajas

      Honestly, all the pros have been diminished over the last couple of years. The company used to be all about feedback, growth mindset and innovation but now this no longer exists.

      Desventajas

      People are the top think they have the best ideas. Most of the senior leadership has been replaced - before, ideas used to come from the field and it felt like everyone was contributing to the growth of the company. The values and “rules of engagement” used to be something we lived by and now it all sounds like empty words.
