The biggest problem that WAS at Softwise was a now former manager who did not fit into the culture well. Legacy code is a bit of a headache, but the future is looking promising

The people are very smart and experienced in what they do. The company strives to produce the highest quality and best functioning product in the industry. They are always looking to the future, while learning from the past.
