1.No proper leaves provided 2.improper and bad infrastructure 3.there is no word such as 'work life balance ' in here 4.Worst Hr manager attitude 5.layoffs no job security 6.no career growth 7.salary inadequate 8.baseless and irritating coordinator's behavior 9.they can extend or change your work timings as per their will 10.they will.show no kindness or gratitude or any kind of positive attitude towards employees 11.the MD of training management has nothing to offer except the sweet words to make trainers hustle hard and there is no nourishment for trainers in that very called precious institute. 12.bonus is still a dream 13.and so called no break for working employees for 10 hours we have only 30 mins lunch break 14.great deal of micromanagement 15.i highly suggest not to join this institute
