Supportive Environment: The team fosters collaboration and mentorship, making it easier to learn and grow. Career Growth Opportunities: After the initial training phase, the company helps place you on engaging projects, giving you a chance to rapidly build your portfolio. Strong Community: There is a sense of camaraderie and teamwork that helps keep you motivated and eager to learn.

Fast-Paced Learning Curve: The training can be intense, so it might feel overwhelming at first if you’re not used to a rigorous schedule. Ventajas

nothing absolutely nothing, do not work here.

Desventajas

I'd give this place zero stars if I could. Shady business practices, no real understanding of how to run a company or manage employees, they micromanage people, the number of vacation days provided is a joke, lots of turnover at the senior management level which should tell you something, no business strategy, I could go on and on.
