Ventajas

After one year in the company, I can confidently say that I feel genuinely valued, both as a professional and as a person. The environment is challenging, but in a positive way: expectations are clear, the pace is stimulating, and you can clearly see the impact of your work on the business. There is a strong sense of ownership and trust, and good performance is recognized. It’s a place where you’re encouraged to grow, take responsibility, and continuously improve, while working with smart and motivated people.

Desventajas

Nothing major to point out. The pressure can be high at times, but it really depends on how you manage it. There are periods where you might work longer hours, yet without really feeling like you are “working,” thanks to the level of ownership and engagement.

Desventajas

- más C2B que B2B - clientes pequeños - relación trabajo saliente > trabajo con el cliente (70:30) - menos aprendizaje sobre habilidades de ventas comunes (MEDDPIC, etc.) y herramientas de ventas
