Ventajas
Salary on time, Ur manager will b happy if u sit late without any work. Play carrom, TT or gossiping with others but u have to accompany till late.
Desventajas
A lala company, A false commitment company, Low Salary (make CTC as such that u r getting a very good package), No work bt u have to show that u r loaded with work, If u r nt able to show that u have work then u will b fired without any proper reason. Ur manager will show u that he has done favour for hiring u, No learing and even ur boss will never give u feedback. U have to b alone. Entire management is waste and u will b treated like a slave. HR shows that they are frm MNC bt culture at office is similar to shop if I say shop is better than Smart Chip then it won't b wrong. Everytime hiring either u will leave or they will fire u.
