In 2019 our priorities are based on a 100% top-down goal setting, starting from 3-year goals (reviewed annually) to 1-year goals, 1 year strategic priorities and 3 month goals down to each individual team member. Goals are agreed with each person every 3 months and so it's up to each individual to be accountable for their goals.
