11yYour feedback is highly appreciated in order for us to learn and grow as an organization. At Sixt, we strive to hire the most qualified candidates, while creating a diverse workforce. As expected, we are limited to the applicants who we can attract for HQ positions in South Florida. To understand more about the challenges of finding/attracting diverse talent you can confidentially talk with our VP of HR at 954-874-1793.
The recruiting team and hiring managers select only candidates who meet the required qualifications (education, skills, experience, etc.), and we take pride in the diverse workforce we have. Sixt ensures many minorities, which you have pointed out, have an equal chance of employment and career opportunities as anyone else applying.
In regards to our compensation model, we would like to clarify that Sixt is practicing an internal growth culture, where pay raises and promotions at HQ and nationwide branches are earned as a result of outstanding performance and promotion. Because customer service is a 24/7 business, the frontline staff at our locations is crucial for success in this industry. Therefore, we pay branch staff exceptionally well; in fact, we pay at one of the highest levels for the industry.
If employees are attracted to the compensation model in our branches there are opportunities to apply internally to transfer from HQ to operations. HQ provides a service to our internal customers, in the field, who serve our customers at the highest level, securing income for Sixt.
