Seeing the production of the cars is really nice. These cars are beautifully hand-crafted. Other than that, there is absolutely NO pros.

Desventajas

AVOID at all cost. Worst place I have ever worked at. Has to idea where it's going, extremely disorganized, the people that work there are dishonest. You will be promised many opportunities for growth but when it comes down to it they're non-existent. They hire people and have no clue what to do with them. Additionally, there is absolutely no training or guidance. Employees are constantly neglected by their managers; some employees don't even know who their manager is. They have the most incompetent people in upper management and as directors, supervisors, managers and VP's.

I am sorry that you had a bad experience with Singer. I was not working with Singer in 2018, but I do know that since that time we have made many changes and that you would have a vastly different and much superior experience with Singer today. We are growing, refining, and perfecting. Working hard to create an environment for our employees, in which they can grow and thrive.

The product is insanely cool. One of a kind cars that you'd only see at a car museum. The people are great as well.

Desventajas

As appealing as it seems, DON'T. From a business standpoint, very disorganized. Sink or swim mentality. Throws employees into the deep end hoping something sticks. There is a very high turn over rate within production, thus loosing a lot of tribal knowledge that the shop workers have. Due to this fact, no one really knows what they're doing. No ERP system to tie everything together. A lot of these cars are quite literally held up by popsicle sticks because the production workers have to resort to mickey mouse fixes to meet production demand. These are million dollar cars held up by popsicle sticks which is a great analogy for the company as well. Honestly, some of these cars shouldn't be on the road. A luxury brand that is in constant triage mode, unable to focus on improving process.
