      Ventajas

      Fantastic people to work with, both professionally and socially.

      Desventajas

      Senior leadership appear to have no understanding of how to run an organisation at scale. Ignoring (or perhaps being unaware of) all the learnings of the last twenty years. Changes are coordinated (centrally, and unsuccessfully) across the whole company, instead of empowering individual teams to own their product. Despite this, there is no strategic overview or prioritisation, so the changes are often contradictory and need to be abandoned part way through.

      Ventajas

      The company has a very good work culture with positive vibes all around. It’s a great place to grow in the software industry, with supportive teams and a collaborative environment. The work atmosphere is truly positive and encouraging

      Desventajas

      They’re already doing a great job . Honestly, no cons to point out.

      Ventajas

      Remote work, and maybe a cool backpack or a new manager that realizes how toxic things are and leaves right away making a statement for others to follow 👍💪

      Desventajas

      Toxic environment. Lack of leadership and incompetent interim roles constantly being filled. Steady financial decline.

      We are sorry to hear that your personal experience wasn’t all that we would want it to be. Our broader employee feedback is positive to strong, and describes an environment that is collaborative, customer-centric, and hard-working . While acknowledging that, like all companies, there are some areas where we have room for improvement, of course. We take pride in having experienced leadership across the board, and a strong team in India that contributes hugely to our ongoing success. We also take pride in being financially sound, with a clear path to ongoing growth.
