Ventajas
a) You get opportunity to work on latest technologies b) Flexible working hours c) No working on weekends. In year, one or two times, that too for production support if required d) Lot of fun activities organized internally. e) Once in a year, will go for a tour and a day out locally f) Most of the people who moved out from here, are well settled due to the knowledge they gain here both technically and functionally (insurance domain) g) Will get opportunity to work across all layers in the projects (front end, middle tier, DB, new projects, maintenance projects, and production support, etc)
Desventajas
Nothing Major to mention about cons. Like other companies, to support onsite team, we might end up staying late but organization will take care of it in all aspects by providing food, arranging cab, and comp off
