Ventajas
Almost everyone here was very honest and hard-working. There was not much office politics or back-stabbing. Our products and our service levels were great - best in the industry.
Desventajas
It was a really tough business. Even though we were the best product and had the best service it was still hard to make money. Towards the end of my time there I think that the owner stopped investing in the company as much as they had in the past. In fact, soon after I left they sold it
