Horrible/lack of training Constant pricing changes that cause negative margin Many times pricing is not correct or even distributed to reps for weeks on end. Products not in stock/very long lead times Account manager has to solve logistic issues Very little critical info distributed to reps Very little internal help Constantly putting out fires and not selling Massive layoff of 1/3 of sales force for management incompetence and many regional managers demoted to account managers or laid-off Lack of info on products(brochures, specs, ect) Dumpster fire of issues internally Never new when bonus pay was coming(always late) and incorrect amount Lead times on critical products are non-existant and/or incorrect Changed the bonus/commission structure multiple times to unacheivable metrics, with no clear guidelines About 100 other major issues, company was great and profitable. Major issues came with covid, supply chain issues, and complete incompetence from upper management lead to complete deteriation of the company.
