High performers are rewarded, differentiated product with a large TAM (that’s growing), high growth

Desventajas

AEs constantly complaining about being held to a standard. I’m sorry to be the one to break it to you but you’re in sales. What tf did you expect when you were hired and given a salary people would literally kill someone for? Does your business degree make you feeler entitled? For God’s sake I’m a CSM and I get this. Also our product is great so go out there and sell. We’re a little behind on AI but I’m hopeful we can close that gap.
