Ventajas

Desventajas

- The Data Science management lacks real Data experience and is a behind-industry-standards team. - Human Resources team is a security liability. No more than two months after requiring all employees to sign an addendum banning ChatGPT (allowing only the internal LLM), the human resources team used ChatGPT to summarize confidential employee well-being survey results, inadvertently leaking sensitive information. Despite this breach, no one in that team faced consequences (top management directly responsible), highlighting a double standard in rule enforcement. - The company’s whistleblower process (often suggested after these reviews) is ineffective and serves human resources' interests rather than employees’. Reports go directly to human resources, which uses them to suppress harassment claims and as a mean to forfait your rights. Please don't use it (and if necessary, request legal advise). - Career progression can feel unclear, especially for employees not based in France.

Shift’s annual employee engagement survey is an anonymous survey that gives our employees a chance to share their perspectives on general questions related to work-life balance, workload, ability to learn new skills, career progression, and the overall culture at the company. The content does not include information related to specifics of company performance, our customers, or any other confidential data. Shift’s Whistleblower tool is available to all Shifters when they have a concern. Every submission is thoroughly reviewed and investigated by our Legal and Human Resources teams. The process is carefully documented to ensure that any follow up actions are completed and reported on promptly. We take constructive criticism and feedback to heart, and we also believe it’s important to correct inaccurate information. If you have an ongoing concern, we encourage you to reach out directly to a member of the People team or the Legal team.
