Ventajas
- A great place to work, especially if you're a graduate . There were a lot of learning and development courses to develop your skill. - Also, you can explore another career path within the organisation. - Friendly colleagues and flexible working hour (depends with your position).
Desventajas
- Bureaucracy - Although there is "speak your mind" policy and we've been educated to voice out our opinion on the management, there is still consequences to it. - I felt my contribution was undervalued by both team leader/team manager regardless positive feedback from the stakeholders or customer.
