Ventajas
Good work life balance. Gives the option to move jobs every 3-4 years including cross-discipline. Good place to start for new graduates providing opportunities for job rotations.
Desventajas
Highly beaureaucratic and decisions are often slow to be made. HR policies have not kept up with times and there is a potential risk of losing talent from the organisation, whilst low performers manage to stay in the system.
