      Ventajas

      Some wonderful people who work for the company. Pay is fair, not enough to keep employees in this day and age. Regional management has some great visions of where they'd like to go, but it seems to fall short there. Not sure if its shot down by Corporate or not.

      Desventajas

      There is zero training, so you never know what you don't know. You call around to your peers who may or may not know. And then you get a company audit and you may or may not fail. It's like handing you the keys to a space ship to put in a parking garage. if you hit anything or make any mistakes, you fail your audit. Give people the tools to succeed. Dont make them go hunting for them

      Ventajas

      Some customers are cool but most prefer to not work with service partners

      Desventajas

      Super corporate. They promise weeks of training but they don't train you in anything you need to know. You compete with other top build companies internally and not allowed to sell against them (ADO, Silverman, DI). You can't control your customers getting good service because of the corporate blocks. No sense of urgency. Emails, texts and calls go unanswered by almost everyone. Branches always run out of material needed for sales. Gutters are impossible to get yet. Everyone is micro managed
