Ventajas

Work from home, your boss almost entirely leaves you alone or at least mine does, but I also have all my work done. The pay is good and as a company they seem to realize that's pretty important.

Desventajas

It's boring. Administrative case management isn't exactly fulfilling. And if you're in a weird spot in your career where you're tired because you've been doing it for a long time but you miss the fulfillment of actually making a difference in someone's life that you can see, being an ISC for this company is boring. It's not the worst problem in the world so I guess there's that.

Ventajas

Teams are great, environment is light and friendly. Management helps problem solve a lot.

Desventajas

There are too many people to focus on at once. The pay for all we had to deal with is a joke.
