2. Seniors were not supportive and also they were reluctant to take advice and did not have knowledge about basic things and were senior just because of their tenure
3. The worst people in the company were the top boss (Owner), who wasn't allowed to leave the company even after holding and not paying the hard-earned salary earned during the notice period.
4. The owner think that since he has hired the employee means he own them

- Usually no overtime work
- Decent salary hike throughout the tenure
- You can easily get holidays approved by the management with advance notice

- You will have to learn everything by yourself.
- Management is less open to trying out new things, they are happy with traditional processes.
