      Ventajas

      The people, exciting business, great benefits, hybrid work partial in office and partial remote. You can really learn a lot there.

      Desventajas

      Aviation is a 24/7/365 business. This means that they need employees to work non-traditional shifts, weekends and holidays. It is only one weekend day each week which is remote and working non-traditonal hours allows me to run erands and make appointments before my shift and on my days off. Really great coworkers.

      Ventajas

      The people are amazing and dedicated to what they do. We are part of a large family of companies. The biggest sister company is Flexjet. The family also has luxury helicopters, jet chartering, aircraft maintenance, aviation simulator company and more. Great benefits and people's expertise is evident.

      Desventajas

      24/7/365 industry which means the command center has to be staffed at all times to provide exceptional service to our clients. Command center roles can be challenging as they require working on weekend day each week but the four day a week work schedule is great!
