With so many talented people around, the bar is high — it pushes you to bring your best every day. The work can be fast-paced because there’s so much innovation happening across the business. Global collaboration means time zones can sometimes stretch your day a little (but it’s worth it for the teamwork). There’s always something new to learn — exciting, but it keeps you on your toes! The company is growing and evolving quickly, so you need to be adaptable and comfortable with change. It can be hard to switch off when you genuinely enjoy the work and the people you collaborate with.
