Ventajas

Great sense of belonging, lot of worker highly motivated and really skilled. Nice and friendly environment. Different kind of customers in different types of business.

Desventajas

Information flow could be improved. Some supervisors with low responsibility and bad attitudes needs to be trained to better manage operators and workers.

Employees are easy to get along with

Desventajas

Company doesn't pay suppliers bills on time, bad credit. Factory in china loses 35% or more annually. Poor quality due to new employees not being trained properly. Management are German investors who cut to the bone getting ready to sell and make a profit. Lost more than half it's revenues/customers in the last 12-18 months. Employees are forced to "stretch the truth" to customers. Poor employee moral - all afraid of the next cuts.
