Ventajas
Everyone has a dog:) To be honest, the role can be challenging if you aren't great with being creative and persistent in your sourcing strategies. You have to be willing to learn new things and add new tools to your toolbox outside of LinkedIn. I honestly LOVE it here! This role has challenged me to dig a little deeper, learn more, and sharpen my skills which has made me a stronger Sourcer and relationship builder. It's a remote environment that allows some flexibility. Although we are remote, the team is great. I don't feel like I am on an island by myself, because when I need help there is always someone accessible to help. Not to mention supportive. When someone gets a hire, everyone celebrates. They never said it would be easy... Recruiting for Recruiters is not an easy task, which I was told this before starting, but I love it because you are forever learning from and exchanging tips with other Recruiters in the field. From the support team to Leadership, the entire Search Wizards team has been great.
Desventajas
In comparison, to other companies the medical benefits could be better. No face time with team mates. It would be nice to see them.
