Ventajas
Great company to work for. I was always out at one company on contract, but it was always made clear to me that I was a FTE of Search Wizards. Our consulting concierge Dan was always there when I needed him. Just a great overall place to work!
Desventajas
If I have to stretch to say anything "con" like... While they did offer vacation and sick time, it seemed to take a while to accrue and it didn't roll over, so if you wanted to take vacation in Jan or Feb, for instance it was without pay. (much appreciated the amount we had though.) Also, any time off for holidays that you were contracted out to (at least the company I was contracted out to) were unpaid, so there were 10 days a year that I either had to use my vacation time for, or take without pay. Nice to have them off though, otherwise!
