- People are amazing and fun - Start-up Perks like Fruits and Drinks - BVG Ticket - Good location with a lot of restaurants
Desventajas
- Management is awful already saw multiple people go on sick leave because of burnout - Feedbacks are not helpful or motivating they get way too personal judging your private life in it as well - Feedback/ Opinions changes quickly depending on the mood - Clique Culture you have to actively try to be friends with your Head or else they will think you do a bad job - Too much information for a goal so it gets confusing and if you ask for clarification they have no patience to explain if you proceed nonetheless you get scolded - Hard work doesn't get acknowledged you have to actively point it out to get the bare minimum which is a thanks - Payment could be better
