I am a female here at SBI. I have never experienced better leadership or work life balance. If you do your job and do it well, management is hands off but always supportive and helpful when needed. I genuinely feel like management wants to see me succeed. Despite other reviews, I do not feel a sense of misogyny. We actually have some really incredible female leaders.

The same people tend get recognition over and over, if you want to stand out here you really have to poke your head out and shout your successes.

Solid opportunity if you're willing to work hard. Fully remote.

Can be very demanding. Long hours at beginning and ending of projects.
