Ventajas

No strict dress code and laid back for the most part

Desventajas

A lot of turn over. Poor management when it comes to real problems. Lazy coworkers that you have to constantly pick up the slack for with no extra pay or benefits.

Ventajas

Management trust you to do your job and be accountable. No micro-managing. Claims volume is lower compared to much larger carriers like SF,Prog,GEICO. Office environment was one of the best I've encountered in my years in claims. You have privacy to do your work and also if you want to reach out to other associates and co workers you easily connect on a 1on1 basis. Small office - employee count, so you can get answers and guidance very easily from different departments by just walking over to their desk. Flexible scheduling as long as you keep management in loop on whats going on. Long tenure employees with MANY years of experience, great opportunity to learn the nuances of insurance.

Desventajas

Unfortunately, with all the PROs, the company is much smaller than other carriers so the pay will reflect such. Don't expect templates or play-by-plays on how to do a claim if you are brand new. If you are exp adjuster and know how to handle a claim from inception to settlement all the way up to Injury you will be good. Not newbie friendly, I recommend to wait atleast 1 year of adjusting before applying.
