Ventajas
It’s a small company so it’s easy to approach anyone and very friendly environment. Everyone is helpful. No discrimination on any basis is done.
Desventajas
No proper structure is followed in regards to promotion and increments. I waited for 3 years and got nothing even though I was promised about a year ago. They can make you work in any department even if you are not comfortable and your qualifications doesn’t matter to them!
