      Honestly the pay and some of the co workers

      Desventajas

      Everything, poorly ran, no accountability or help and they make you do the job of 3 people at the same time as yours while making you drive and drop off their product. While the owners tell you how they’re loosing money an contracts and try to find anyone to blame for their poor decision making

      Managment and coworkers always encouraged and lended a helping hand. Plenty of resources for the job. Room for growth and improvement throughout the company.

      Work load was a major stress at times.
