No business plan Low salaries and salary agreements by word not kept. No company organogram. Departments are created in blind and are not given specific responsibilities or limits so there's lack of communication and huge delays and mistakes. Also no department managers or supervisors to answer to , for delays and mistakes , done continuously. Hard work , professionalism and efforts are not appreciated and completely overlooked. On the contrary "public servants" mentality and action is highly appreciated and rewarded!!!! Managers are a total result of nepotism and don't have managerial skills. Even if they had, the manager title means nothing in this company and doesn't make any difference. Not any chance for development or promotion and as abv mentioned even promotion means practically nothing here. All employees too young , not supervised by seniors , you think is a playground , lacking seriousness . People are thrown from one department to another and another in very short time and without logical reason. Organisation is a totally unknown word.... Each week (true fact - not exaggerating) 3 to 4 employees quit
