Ventajas
-Great people -Great company culture, the best I've found in a company yet -Relatively small, so you get to know everyone quickly -Dave Gross, CEO, is a funny & charming fellow -new building on CB is slated to open soon, which looked super cool from the renderings -work-life balance was very well respected
Desventajas
-hard-pressed for opportunities to move up, favorites are played -HR department has too much on their plate most of the time -certain family names/groups dominate departments, which extends Con #1 (they are all very sincere and caring though) -extremely low diversity
