      The culture here is really warm friendly and welcoming. It is a very nice environment to work in

      the pay here is quite low compared to other palces also not much room for growth

      I’m not sure if there’re any.

      Desventajas

      They put out their job advertisement in english but only hire Swedes or people who know swedish. Honestly in 2025 everyone in such institution knows english so their requirement doesn’t make any sense. They obviously discriminate against expats. If you email them in english enquiring about a role role, they’ll just ignore you. Ever heard about diversity and inclusion, SEB? Why bother to write advertisement in english at all?
