      Ventajas

      There are many pro's to working at Rx Systems: Ownership on site daily. Managers who are always looking to improve and upgrade their skills. Weekly tool box talks and regular safety walkthroughs. PTO- 2 weeks accrued in the first year. Several paid holidays and weekends off. 10 hour shifts for plant workers, Mon-Thursday in MO and IN. $50,000 in company paid life and AD&D insurance. STD of 60%, fully paid by the company. Friendly work environment that cares about employees and their families. Regular events for employees like coffee truck, luncheons, tailgate parties and other activities.

      Desventajas

      With only a few areas to improve in, I am happy to say that I work at Rx Systems: Four 10 hour shifts are offered only in the plant and not office. 401k match of 2.5 % on an employee contribution of 10% could be higher. Health Insurance is consistent with market, but wish it was a bit better.

      Ventajas

      Family owned, honest, professional, and genuine. Open door policy and always willing to accept feedback and hear new ideas. Highly concerned with employee well being and satisfaction. Always brainstorming new ideas to benefit the company and employees as a whole.

      Desventajas

      At times communication can be inconsistent. This is truly just due to the massive amount of products and services the company offers, this keeps everyone very busy! Management is continuously working to make improvements.
