      Ventajas

      The people here are really nice and fun to work with. The CEO really wants everyone to do well and advocates hard on our behalf to make our lives better.

      Desventajas

      The only downside I can think of is that the health benefits are not the best, but that should be expected from a small company.

      You can learn coding from various projects. Sometimes get an early taking off on Fridays. Casual working environment.

      Desventajas

      Work directly with client with no middle layer require programmer additional skills. Stressful making billing hours everyday. This is a typical consultant company.
