Great leadership by our manager. Some alumni do enjoy speaking with students at the university as they were once a student themselves

Desventajas

Non flexible work shifts. Some alumni when called responded very nasty to the students calling them. This can cause negative effects to the caller.

I had an INCREDIBLE boss who was understanding and supportive, as well as other coworkers. It was a great college job!

Desventajas

Pay could be better, but for a college job, it's not horrible.
