Product is great, not very money-driven.

Desventajas

Lead from the US, small offices in Europe. Not any oppertunity to grow in the company. *No* benefits, weekend work without weekend bonus etc.

Ventajas

Good work-life balance, collaborative engineering culture, dogs, two-sided marketplace is an interesting product to work on, forward-thinking about AI tools.

Desventajas

As the overwhelming market leader in the space (RIP Wag!), there is maybe some complacency.
