      - flat culture - cofounders are quite approachable and friendly - quite an open and fun work culture - freedom to work in your own way and style - freedom to experiment and learn - encouragement given to take up new projects

      Ventajas

      There was no delay in salary

      Desventajas

      -Salary details were not explained clearly in the beginning - Requested for Employment contract document (but when I insisted, they gave me a Word file of one page which described leave days) - Hard to work remotely as it is difficult to report your higherups(if done, they will team up and turn against you)
