Ventajas
* Limit restricted fuel-benefits due to financial crisis - "Only notified change in policy".
* Bare minimum OPD/IPD policy.
* Bare minimum PF contribution.
* Lunch benefit 50% from company.
* Annual Trip Benefit 50% plus from employee.
* Annual sports event - "Cricket, Football, Paddle, Table Tennis, Chess, Ludo etc"
* SM sometimes talk to employees to get feedback.
* They only have a couple of possibly qualified project managers who have actual managerial degrees and certifications. Another one they are training themselves after some realization.
Desventajas
* Seith culture where HR is only a puppet of CEO, CFO and SM.
* HR is just hiring management with zero input for employees concerns.
* Their CEOs have absolutely no sense of direction and achievements as a company and instead of presenting some substance, they came for photoshoot like kings in in the Annual Dinner which was literally just a Carnival of idiotic games where their lunatic managers only showed their physical strength.
* They are thieves who change employees benefit policy without any notification whatsoever.
* Most of the managers are unqualified who got their position because of the number of years experience, loyalty with the company and team achievements.
* Career path is there for Devs and role path is available for the rest. Other than devs no one has a clear direction for their career progression.
* Employees have ghatiya minds and talk behind the backs.
* They eat away employee holidays and schedule them in a month having less holidays. I heard they just canceled Labour Day due to Eid Holidays in May, 2026 which is just pathetic.
