Ventajas
- Salary was given on time (5th of every month) - No micromanagement or toxicity (at least in my team) - Somewhat flexible (Fridays WFH) - Other benefits were nice to have (OPD/IPD, Commute, and Gym reimbursements) - It's a great opportunity for fresh graduates in terms of experience and pay (though unfortunately I would not recommend staying here long term. - Decent work-life balance (again, in my team at least)
Desventajas
- Pay may be "market competitive" but not for Non-Devs. - Extremely stringent with holidays and WFH days. - Below market paid leave days (10+10 annual+casual/sick) - Really limited career growth in some department/teams - Slow to adapt to new tech stacks which may have affected business. When I joined the headcount was 300+ and after two years it was reportedly fewer than 200.
