The departure is kept hush-hush - but everyone eventually finds out anyway. Management emphasis is on sales with little regard for quality or consistency of delivery - this may be a result of the Indian ownership. The business goals seem to be set capriciously. This model is not sustainable - they will be out of business within 2-5 years.
