This was my first job out of undergrad, and I have already been promoted, given raises, and more! The team is also super positive with each other. Everyone is always thankful for the work you do! Rokt employee benefits are fantastic, the pay is competitive, and they also offer several opportunities to further your career within the organization. It is a high-growth environment where employees are appreciated!

Rokt is extremely fast-paced, and this isn't for everyone. However, if it works for you, than there is no better place to be. We are constantly learning, pushing ourselves, and doing it all at lightening speed.

This company might seem like a great career opportunity, but trust me, working here will be the worst mistake you will ever make. Management promised me a lot of things, such as a great salary, opportunities for promotions, etc., but all I ever experienced from working here was disappointment. Don't make the same mistake I made, and stay away from Rokt at all costs.

Rokt has one of the most incompetent managements I have ever worked under. They have no idea what they're doing, but pretend they do, and act as if they're better than everyone around them. They set unrealistic expectations all the time and tell employees how to do their jobs. They neglect to provide employees with support, and whenever their demands aren't met, they act out and yell at you. Even if you manage to live up to their expectations, instead of acknowledging your efforts or rewarding your hard work, they act as if they did everything and show zero appreciation towards employees.
