Ventajas
Roka was such a great place to work. I loved my managers (I had quite a few in my 3 1/2 years), who invested a lot to help me grow. However, Roka was a small and growing company, so you had to keep up with the pace. There was a lot of turnover because folks who were just looking for a paycheck were not going to like Roka or be successful there. You had to be self-motivated and willing to adopt to change if you were going succeed.
Desventajas
The worst part about Roka is that the senior leadership sold it to a company that fundamentally disagrees with Roka's values. Roka was about transparency and accountability to its customers. IEH is secretive and dishonest. It's very sad to see this advanced technology with so much potential be bought and squashed by a competitor that is entirely made of smoke and mirrors.
