Ventajas

Founder of the company - John Rohrer - was a great man. The products produced are quality products - well designed and well put together.

Desventajas

Company is constantly (over the past 4 years at least) in a state of transition - ongoing instability in the structure of things. Nepotism is very high - especially in the Wadsworth and Huntley office. Corporate office is frequently treated as the "golden child" so the other facilities are highly mistreated. Very toxic work environment - largely due to certain individuals (including, but not limited to, the logistics manager)

The checks clear (for now).

Desventajas

Insane amount of turnover and constant change in strategy (if that's what you want to call it). Leadership has no industry experience, and it shows. Leadership will point the blame at everyone else but themselves. If hired, you have 6 months to work miracles or you become the next scapegoat.
