Ventajas

30% salary above market salaries. They are some very good people who bond together to survive all the pressure put on them by the founder.

Desventajas

Unethical ways of working. It seems like only crazy people manage to stick to the company. The unforced attrition rate is close to 100% even in the HQ (Think about what it means when they are paying at least 30% above the market rate!). Crazy expectations tend to change at least 2-3 times within the same day.

Ventajas

Some managers and colleagues are nice. Also there is no toxic micro management, which is a good thing.

Desventajas

If you will be working in finance team please be sure to negotiate your salary well because there will be NO salary increase ever. This already happened between 2021-2025. Also there are no bonuses and no benefits, they do not offer even meal vouchers or cafeteria points. No annual bonus, quarterly bonus or any bonus in general. You will keep hearing success stories during the Finance team big meetings, how the company keeps growing, opens new warehouses, creates new technologies and new benefits for the customers while you will never be a part of this expansion as your salary will NEVER increase. This is valid for the WHOLE financial department, to makes things clear it's not something personal. As a result of all these things, there is a big fluctuation of employees but the management does not care about this. Also, you will extremely rarely get any budget for team buildings. If during the big finance department meetings you will see your name on the recognition board during the presentation do NOT expect any bonus for that. The company will never spend even 1 CZK for rewards.
